Casas Adobes Terrace’s Neighborhood Watch #1122 is part of the Sheriff’s Auxiliary Volunteers of Pima County (351-4903 direct line). It is a separate organization from Casas Adobes Terrace Homeowners Association and is
posted here as a courtesy for Community benefit.

sAFETY rESOURCES

The Neighborhood Resource Guide by the Pima County Sheriff is a comprehensive handbook for keeping your home and neighborhood safe. One such service offered by the Sheriff’s Department is Home Check While You’re on Vacation. Sheriff’s volunteers or deputies drive by to check on your home twice a week while you’re out. Contact the Foothills District Office (our local Sheriff’s office at 7300 N. Shannon Road, 351-6311) to request this service.

HOA’s Rental Policy and Arizona Revised Statute ARS 33-1806.01 require tenant information be provided to your Homeowners Association and along with The Pima County Attorney, Neighborhood Watch 1122 highly recommends this addendum be part of your rental agreements.
